[Product Introduction]

The DY-THL1000 thermocouple cleaning and annealing device is designed according to the verification regulations of JJG75-95, JJGL67-1995, JJGL41-2000, JJG668-1997. It can clean and anneal the standard and working precious metal thermocouple before verification.

The thermocouple wire is hung on the special clamp, the working current is adjusted after power on, and the cleaning and annealing is carried out in accordance with the time specified in the verification regulations.

 annealing working circuit with high precision time relay, annealing time can be set according to requirements of the discipline, also can be set arbitrary in 0-999 minutes, and automatic countdown of setting time, and then automatically cut off the annealing current circuit, the set time limit regulation accuracy 1 minute to stop immediately without electricity (time).

 package unit is equipped with a leakage protection function and the open circuit and short circuit protection function
